They say it takes 4 weeks for you to see your body changing, 8 weeks for your friends and family, and 12 weeks for everybody else! I think this is so true! It may not look like much to all of you but WOW I can already start to see and feel my abs getting toned & starting to be visible! I absolutely love how I look and feel (:
Love doing yoga, on it’s own or as a cool down after a workout. It’s so relaxing and great for your posture and balance and really working that core.
